You call us
Tell us what you want built or what the system is doing. We answer or call back the same working day and set a time to come out.

We survey the roof, the electrical service and where the panels would sit, and explain what we find while we are there.

You get the whole quote
The firm quote covers roof condition, the electrical work, the equipment you choose and the permits. There are no surprise charges after.

We book the work
We set a start date that suits you and show up when we said we would, with the materials for the whole job.

We finish and clean up
We clean up when the work is done. On a new system the utility's "permission to operate" is the last step before it turns on.

We're in line to get a system thru SunPower with Derek as our rep. So far so good--he's been great! We had a hiccup with our first home site inspection--seems that the info never made it back to Incite. Then Peter Walters was assigned to come out--night and day difference from our first home site visit. Peter totally knew what he was doing. Hope all continues to go well!

Solar panel installation
New panel systems sized around your power bill, from the rails and flashing on the roof to the hookup with the utility.

Solar panel repair
Inverter faults, a dead "microinverter", loose wiring or a leak under the array, found and fixed without selling you a new system.

Roof work under and around the array, including taking the panels off for a new roof and putting them back, called "R&R".
